Mgr Christian Rodembourg, m.s.a., born in Brussels on August 26, 1959, became a member of the Apostolic Life Society of the Missionaries of the Holy Apostles in 1994, and was ordained a priest in 1995 after studying theology at the University of Montreal. For 22 years, he exercised his presbyteral ministry in the Diocese of Saint-Jean-Longueuil, while also holding various positions within his religious institute. He was also involved in various spiritual movements and wrote several books, including “Prier 15 jours avec Père Eusèbe-Henri Ménard” (Pray 15 days with Father Eusèbe-Henri Ménard). In 2017, he was appointed Bishop of Saint-Hyacinthe by Pope Francis and was ordained to this position in September of the same year.
Working in the socio-economic development and social economy sector for over 20 years, Mireille holds studies in communication and public relations. Her organizational skills and interpersonal qualities led her to specialize in project management and partnership relations. She has actively participated in groups of engaged young Catholics in Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, her native region, as well as upon her arrival in Montreal. She had the opportunity to live a mission in Haiti. More recently, she accompanied a group in 2023 to the World Social Economy Forum in Dakar, Senegal. She is very happy to be able to combine her desire to travel, deepen her faith, and escort Spiritours pilgrims.

Arrival at Athens airport where we will meet our driver and guide, then depart for Delphi. Check-in at the hotel and free time to rest or discover the surroundings. Overnight in Delphi.
After breakfast, drive towards Kalambaka to visit the suspended Byzantine monasteries of Meteora, a spectacular UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit two monasteries to discover monastic life. Overnight in Kalambaka.
Departure for Veria, where Saint Paul escaped the hostility of Thessaloniki. Visit the monument of the Apostle, the Bema. Continuation to Thessaloniki to visit the White Tower, the Arch of Galerius, and the Roman Forum. Overnight in Thessaloniki.
After breakfast, drive towards Philippi following the ancient Via Egnatia. Visit the archaeological site of Philippi, the Prison of Saint Paul, and the archaeological museum. Discover the Place of Lydia. Return to Thessaloniki and overnight.
Return to Athens, passing through magnificent towns and villages. Stop at Thermopylae to visit the site of the famous ancient battle. Overnight in Athens.
After breakfast, visit the ruins of the Parthenon, the Erechtheion, and the Propylaea. Next, discover Mars Hill (Areopagus) where Paul preached about the one true God to the Athenians. View of the Ancient Agora. Panoramic tour including the University, the Parliament House, the Panathenaic Stadium, Hadrian’s Arch, and the Temple of Olympian Zeus. Visit the National Archaeological Museum. Overnight in Athens.
Transfer to the port of Piraeus for boarding our cruise ship. First stop in Santorini, famous for its picturesque villages with white houses and blue roofs perched on the caldera, the remnant of a massive volcanic eruption. The view of the Aegean Sea is spectacular. Enjoy your free time to discover Fira and Oia, visit local vineyards, and taste unique Greek specialties. Overnight onboard.
Mykonos is a lively island known for its beaches, its iconic windmills, and the narrow streets of the old town, Chora. It combines traditional charm and a festive atmosphere, ideal for strolling, shopping, or enjoying the beaches. Overnight onboard.
Wake up in Kusadasi and visit the ancient city of Ephesus, famous for its Temple of Artemis (Diana). Sail towards Patmos at noon to visit the Monastery of Saint John and the Cave of the Apocalypse, where Saint John wrote the Book of Revelation. Overnight onboard.
Disembarkation in Piraeus, then drive to the Corinth Canal and discover this engineering masterpiece. Visit Ancient Corinth where the Apostle Paul lived and preached, and wrote his letters to the Corinthians. Overnight in the region.
Visit the ancient theater of Epidaurus, renowned for its exceptional acoustics. Continue towards Nauplia, a charming port city with picturesque streets. Overnight in the region.
A relaxing day by the sea to enjoy the beach and the scenery. Overnight in the region.
