*Spiritours offers the option of room pairing; however, in the rare event that we are unable to find a suitable match, any additional costs for single occupancy will be the responsibility of the participant.

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Flights from Montreal to Rome round trip with Air Transat or similar
• 9 nights in Rome at the Hotel Cambridge or similar
• Daily breakfast at the hotel
• Excursions and entrances to sites as per program
• An assistant at the airport and for the transfer
• All taxes and service fees

• Travel insurance
• Porterage
• Meals not mentioned: lunchs and dinners (optional dinner at 30$ CAD/day at nearby restaurant)
• Drinks
• Personal expenses
• Tips for driver and guide (to pay directly on the spot)
• ETIAS visa exemption for Canadians (approx. €7)
• Contribution to the Travel Agents Client Compensation Fund (currently free)

Conditions for Clients Purchasing a Package Without Flight

1. Purchase of Airline Tickets: We strongly advise you to wait until the departure is guaranteed with the minimum number of participants before purchasing your own airline ticket.
2. Airport-Hotel Transfer: The transfer between the airport and the hotel is at your expense, unless you can arrive at the airport before the group and depart after the group on the return. We will provide you with the group’s flight time and number so that you can, if possible, benefit from the transfer with the group. Otherwise, you will need to cover the cost of your transfer to the hotel where the group will be staying.

Registration

Deadline to register: April 27th, 2025 (90 days before departure or when the maximum number of passengers has been reached). It is possible to register after this date, but a supplement may apply.

You can register on our website (see top right of the trip web page) or download and fill in the PDF form and send it to us with your $750 deposit. Please register as soon as possible, as places are limited. Please enclose a photocopy of your passport with your registration (international travel only).

Required documentation
All Canadian travelers to Europe must be in possession of a passport valid for at least three months beyond the planned date of return, as well as the ETIAS visa exemption (approx. 7€).
