  • DAY 1 | SUNDAY, APRIL 6, 2025 | MONTREAL – HANOI

    Departure from Montreal to Hanoi.

  • DAY 2 | MONDAY, APRIL 7, 2025 | HANOI

    Arrival at Hanoi Airport. Welcome by our guide and driver, followed by a transfer to your hotel in the heart of the city. Check in at the hotel for some well-deserved rest.

  • DAY 3 | TUESDAY, APRIL 8, 2025 | HANOI

    Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a traditional massage in Hanoi, including an herbal bath, acupuncture, or body treatment. Then, enjoy a cyclo ride through the old quarter, visit the Ngoc Son Temple, and take an evening stroll to explore the local markets. Overnight at the hotel.

  • DAY 4 | WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9, 2025 | HANOI

    Participate in a morning Tai Chi session at Hoan Kiem Lake, followed by a visit to the Temple of Literature and the Ethnography Museum. In the afternoon, explore the Tran Quoc Pagoda by West Lake.

  • DAY 5 | THURSDAY, APRIL 10, 2025 | HANOI – PU LUONG

    Early departure from Hanoi to Mai Chau with a stop at Luong Son and Thung Khe Pass, then arrive in Mai Chau Valley for lunch. Explore a traditional home and take a walk or bike ride. Visit the Lac village to learn about traditional weaving. Continue to Pu Luong Nature Reserve for dinner and overnight at the Pu Luong Bocbandi Retreat. Private stilt house for the whole group: this is a community experience to experience the daily life of minorities. The whole group will sleep together in a shared room. Each person will have a mosquito net and a private mattress separated by a curtain.

  • DAY 6 | FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 2025 | PU LUONG – TAM COC

    Wake up, have breakfast, and then take an easy hike through rice fields and villages in Pu Luong. Return to the accommodation for lunch, then transfer by van to Tam Coc. Arrive and check in at the hotel.

  • DAY 7 | SATURDAY, APRIL 12, 2025 | TAM COC

    Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Ninh Binh, the “Halong Bay on Land.” Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, which features the largest golden Buddha statue in Asia and the largest bronze bell in Vietnam. Dinner with locals in Tam Coc, followed by a sampan ride among the limestone karsts. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.

  • DAY 8 | SUNDAY, APRIL 13, 2025 | TAM COC – HAI PHONG – LAN HA BAY – HALONG BAY

    Your journey to Cat Ba Island begins with a short ferry crossing. At Cai Beo pier, board a junk to explore Halong Bay, away from the tourist trails. Dinner on board, swimming at a wild beach, or relaxing on the deck. In the evening, enjoy the sunset, a Vietnamese cooking class, and a barbecue dinner. End the evening with squid fishing or relaxing on board.

  • DAY 9 | MONDAY, APRIL 14, 2025 | LAN HA BAY – TRA BAU BAY

    Start the day with stretches in nature, followed by breakfast. Board a junk to explore Ba Trai Dao and Dau Be, then enjoy the Tra Bau Bay with swimming and relaxation. Lunch by the water, followed by kayaking and activities in Tai Keo. Return on board for drinks and sunset, followed by a dinner of local specialties.

  • DAY 10 | TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2025 | LAN HA BAY – HANOI – DONG HOI

    Start the day with a Tai Chi class on the junk deck, followed by breakfast while cruising in Lan Ha Bay. Visit the picturesque village of Viet Hai by bike, then return to Hanoi for a Vietnamese meal before taking the overnight train to Dong Hoi (in cabins with 4 berths).

  • DAY 11 | WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16, 2025 | DONG HOI

    At Dong Hoi Station, welcome by the guide and transfer for a local lunch. Then, head to Phong Nha with stops at Ben Thuy Bridge and Ngang Tunnels. Embark on a boat excursion in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the afternoon, discover the Thien Duong Cave, the longest dry cave in Asia.

  • DAY 12 | THURSDAY, APRIL 17, 2025 | DONG HOI – HUE

    Start the day with breakfast at the hotel before departing for Quang Tri. Discover Hien Luong Bridge, marking the former border of Vietnam, and explore Vinh Moc Tunnels. Arrive in Hue in the afternoon for hotel check-in and free time to relax.

  • DAY 13 | FRIDAY, APRIL 18, 2025 | HUE

    Explore the Imperial City of Hue, former capital of Vietnam and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit Dong Ba Market, Phu Mong Village, and Tu Hieu Pagoda. Participate in meditation sessions and discover An Nhien House. End the day with dinner at An Nhien Garden restaurant and return to the hotel for the night.

  • DAY 14 | SATURDAY, APRIL 19, 2025 | HUE – DA NANG – HOI AN

    Travel to Hoi An, the ancient port of Vietnam, passing by Hai Van Pass for spectacular views. In Da Nang, visit the colonial Touran and the Cham Museum. In Hoi An, explore the UNESCO-listed old town, discover Phuc Thanh Pagoda, the Japanese bridge, Phuoc Kien communal house, and Tan Ky house. Taste Hoi An specialties and have dinner at a restaurant.

  • DAY 15 | SUNDAY, APRIL 20, 2025 | HOI AN – MY SON – CUA DAI

    After breakfast at the hotel, visit the My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site with ancient towers and temples from the Champa Kingdom. In the afternoon, relax on Cua Dai Beach, with its golden sand and crystal-clear waters, for a moment of relaxation.

  • DAY 16 | MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2025 | HOI AN – DA NANG – HO CHI MINH

    Return to Da Nang for a flight to Saigon, a metropolis blending modernity and history. Explore the historic center, Dong Khoi Street, and admire European monuments such as the City Hall and the Opera House. Conclude with a visit to the Ben Thanh Night Market, rich in local products and crafts.

  • DAY 17 | TUESDAY, APRIL 22, 2025 | HO CHI MINH – MEKONG

    In the morning, your French-speaking guide and driver will take you from your hotel to Ben Tre, passing through My Tho and Vinh Trang Pagoda. In Ben Tre, embark on a scenic cruise on the river, visit a brick kiln and a coconut candy factory, then explore Nhon Thanh village and its mat artisans. End with a tuk-tuk ride through the orchards, a visit to an old house, and a return cruise to Ho Chi Minh, followed by a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.

    Transfer to Ho Chi Minh Airport for the return flight.

REGISTRATION

Registration deadline: February 6, 2025 (60 days before departure or when the maximum number of participants is reached). It is possible to register after this date, but a supplement may apply.

Early registration is recommended, as spaces are limited. Please include a photocopy of your passport with your registration (for international trips only).

Number of Participants: Minimum: 15 – Maximum: 19.

Required Documentation: All Canadian travelers going to Vietnam must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months after the planned return date to Canada. A tourist visa ($) is required to enter Vietnam.
