I have been on a personal journey since the end of my adolescence. Of course, in the beginning, it was suffering that led me down this path. Now, I find pleasure in it. I need, from time to time, to stop and see where I am in my life. From a physical, emotional, and spiritual point of view. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

I have been meditating for several years; it anchors me more in the present and brings me a lot. However, I have never had the chance to take a trip to take time just for myself. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Taking a rejuvenating trip with Spiritours would force me to stop and go within myself. To take care of my inner child, listen to it, cradle it, accept it as it is. I take time for myself, a little, from time to time. But a trip like this would allow me to go further in my process. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

For me, health is taking care of oneself, by doing physical activity, eating well, drinking plenty of water, breathing, meditating, etc. But I admit that the spiritual side is sometimes left aside.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

This trip would help me acquire tools to increase my self-esteem, my self-confidence. I am at a turning point in my life. I am starting a new profession, and I viscerally need to start on a new footing. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

To clean up my head of all that is negative. It would help me let go of the past, accept what is here now, and accept myself as I am with my strengths, my weaknesses, my flaws, my qualities. It would be like a new beginning. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Moreover, receiving teachings would be a privilege for me. It is very inspiring. I find that the teacher-guides that Spiritours chooses are truly exceptional. Each of them has a lived experience that, in my opinion, is essential to be able to teach. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Traveling is exciting. We learn about new cultures. We meet people from elsewhere. We see beautiful landscapes. I have taken a few trips that were pleasure trips. The Canadian West, the American West, etc. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

I have always chosen trips where there was a lot of nature to see, mountains, waterways because for me nature is rejuvenating in itself. I always took the time to meditate in front of the mountains. Taking a trip with Spiritours would be, for me, uniting two passions: travel and personal development. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The group energy is also very positive; we feel stronger, we help each other, and we don’t feel alone. I find it very motivating to do it in a group. Sometimes, alone, we lack motivation. Moreover, we realize more that many of us are experiencing similar things. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

It is also about meeting new beautiful people. Both at the teacher level and in the group of people. People who are thirsty to learn and to walk the path like me. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

And the fact of leaving for several days with the goal of, yes, having fun in an enchanting place; but also and especially time, time just to see oneself, to know oneself, to understand oneself, deeply. My heart vibrates just at the idea of living an experience with Spiritours. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In my opinion, doing personal development is the most beautiful gift we can give ourselves. It has repercussions not only on oneself but on others. Doing one’s best, becoming a better person by lightening one’s baggage, is absolutely wonderful. Especially when traveling. The idea also that everything is organized, nothing to think about, just letting myself go in this adventure lightens my mind (in everyday life, I have so many (like many) things to see, to plan) and makes the trip even more wonderful. Life is a beautiful adventure that deserves to be lived fully. That is why it is important to stop to better appreciate it at its full and true value\u2026 <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
