    Sister Angèle

    Born in Italy, Sister Angèle experienced the hardships of war. At the age of 17, she immigrated to Quebec, where she joined the religious community of Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil. She taught cooking at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec for 16 years, established a culinary research laboratory, and became a television host on Radio Canada for nearly 50 years. She has received numerous honorary awards, including the Grand Prix Max Rupp (Chef cuisinière), the Order of Canada, and the National Order of Quebec. Sister Angèle has authored numerous books and established the Soeur Angèle Foundation for the benefit of underprivileged youth.

    Rosette Pipar

    Originally from Belgium, Rosette Pipar immigrated to Quebec in 1980. She worked in Quebec and Europe as an artist agent, event organizer, communication consultant for government organizations, and for companies that received numerous awards, including the Grand Prix de la Culture for the Fondation des Arts des Laurentides, which she managed for 12 years. Rosette Pipar is also the author of 18 books with a humanistic and spiritual flavor, including three books about Sister Angèle. She co-hosted a series of conferences on “The Joy of Being Oneself… according to Sister Angèle.” Additionally, she produced a documentary about Sister Angèle in Italy and three television series.

Explore the beautiful island of Capri during a half-day including ferry arrival, a panoramic elevator from the port to the city center, a guided tour of the city center with the discovery of Piazzetta, a local minibus transfer to Villa San Michele, and a tour of this historic residence with its picturesque gardens. Enjoy free time to stroll and have lunch in the charming atmosphere of Capri before concluding your morning. For a more relaxed morning, explore Sorrento at your own pace, with the option to visit the Cloister San Francesco for free, merging 14th-century styles with later elements. In the afternoon, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, have a refreshing experience in a limonetto, discovering the making of Limoncello and tasting its sunny flavors. Dinner and overnight on the Sorrento Coast. Immerse yourself in Neapolitan culinary richness by discovering lively markets and tasting local specialties. Be captivated by the authentic soul of Naples during this unforgettable adventure, where you will discover the art of Neapolitan pizza at the pizza museum, classified by UNESCO (if open). Start your day by exploring Positano Alta, an elegant seaside resort, then continue your journey to Amalfi, famous for its picturesque rocky cliffs. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views from Praiano a Mare, the Grotte dello Smeraldo, and Conca dei Marini. Once in Amalfi, indulge in free time for individual discoveries before taking a boat to Maiori, where our bus awaits the group.
