Pre-Departure Meetings
Are you registered for one of our trips?
Join our pre-departure meeting two to four weeks before your departure. You will receive all the information you need to prepare properly.
Meetings are held via videoconference (Zoom), but it is also possible to attend in person at our offices upon request (limited seating). If you are unable to attend live, no worries—the recording will be sent to everyone within 24 hours.
STEPS TO REGISTER FOR THE ZOOM MEETING:
1. Find your destination in the list of upcoming meetings
2. Click on the provided link, which will direct you to the Zoom registration page, and sign up
3. You will then receive the Zoom meeting link along with automatic reminders the day before and the day of the meeting
