Originally from Poland, he graduated in theology from the Pontifical Academy in Krakow. A Franciscan since 1987 and a priest since 1994, he has specialized in homiletics and computer science throughout his career. Passionate about photography and nature, he finds in these arts a way to contemplate the beauty of the world and nourish his spirituality. His commitment has led him to work in parishes as a retreat preacher and in schools as a catechist. A missionary for some fifteen years in Madagascar and Mauritius, he shared his faith and knowledge in contexts rich in human and cultural diversity. Arriving in Canada in 2009, he continues his ministry by leading recollections and spiritual retreats and accompanying trips organized by Spiritours, offering participants an experience of renewal and discovery.
Wife, mother, and grandmother, Francine obtained a master’s degree in biblical intervention. She has been a pastoral agent for over 30 years for the Diocese of Saint-Jean-Longueuil, where she is responsible for the Diocesan Pastoral Coordination Service and a member of the management team. She is a Franciscan at heart, creative, and passionate about life.
